After living in Philadelphia and spending years in the jewelry industry, Matt Shultz knew that he wasn’t following his calling. That’s when he decided to do what he loved. Pizza!

Matt became “obsessed” with pizza, first making it at home and then working at an established pizzeria to really learn the business. Eventually he joined Philly’s best shop, Pizza Gutt, where he skillfully trained to craft specialty pizzas. Intent to knead his experiences and passion for pizza into a startup business, his family returned to his hometown of Lancaster last year.

Serving a menu packed full of tasty eats, from classic hand-tossed Italian slices to specialty pies like the Detroit-style pan, experience pizza taken to the next level at Pizzeria 211.
