Lynn and Gray Coffee Co. owner Marasha was born and raised in Lancaster County. After working in the coffee shop industry, she instantly fell in love with the endless creativity the culinary world has to offer.

Marasha and her family started by creating coffee syrups for people to enjoy at home in their coffee, cocktails, desserts, and more. As demand for the syrups grew, they decided a few years later to start their very own coffee truck, using homemade syrups as the base for all their fun signature drinks. After celebrating the coffee trailer’s second birthday, they began their journey toward opening their first coffee shop. Today, they specialize in espresso, locally roasted coffee, high quality matcha, and house made chai.

Marasha states, “Here at Lynn and Gray, it’s not just about making drinks. It’s about getting to know our customers and creating a welcoming space where anyone can come chat with us, spend time with family and friends, sit and work, or simply sip and unwind from their day. We love creativity, whether it’s creating new concoctions based on what you’re in the mood for or whipping up our monthly specials. Every season, we formulate new menus based on customer favorites and fresh new creations.”
