Jonathan Forbes’ passion for food was ignited at an early age. Upon becoming a teenager he decided to fulfill his calling, spending more time in kitchens, and developing his skills.

After beginning his journey serving bar food as a general cook for a private club, Jonathan’s culinary career heated up as his talents landed him in five-star dining – at one of the premier platinum clubs in North America. Ultimately he pursued his entrepreneurial dreams of developing his own catering company.

Lancaster born and raised, today Jonathan puts a scrumptious new spin influenced by the classic southern ‘soul food’. He’s looking forward to sharing his culinary talents, expressed through a selection of bold flavors!

Jonathan is a successful alumnus of ASSETS‘ small business/entrepreneur training program.
